We guarantee total satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your food or service, we will happily replace your food or refund your money.
All listed prices are per person and include the delivery fee. Customized menu planning and pricing is available to suit your tastes and needs. Contact your Catering Director for further information. Catering Orders with serving times after 2:00pm may be subject to additional Staff service charge.
In order to ensure that we have adequate food and service staff, we ask that you guarantee the number of guests you expect to attend your event. Final guarantees must be made no later than 2pm the day before your event. For events falling on a Monday, final guarantees are due the Friday before the event. You will be charged for the guaranteed number given, or the actual number served, whichever is greater. The final guaranteed number would not be subject to reduction. If we do not receive a guarantee, your estimated number of guests will be considered your final guaranteed number. To effectively fulfill your catering orders, we ask that orders please be placed before 2pm at least 1 business day prior to delivery. Should we receive orders after the cut-off time, we will make every effort to fulfill your order, but cannot guarantee particular menu items or a specific delivery time.
Cancellations must be received by 3pm the day before the event. Otherwise, you will charged for the full amount of the catering order. For events falling on a Monday, cancellations are due the Friday before the event by 3pm.
All menu selections are designed for delivery and set-up at all locations. All menu selections include complete disposable service ware. Staff service is recommended for events of 50 or more people and additional charges may apply. Staff service may be recommended for smaller events.
Staff service is $30.00 per staff member per hour.

Fees vary depending upon number of guests and type of catered event. Equipment rental arrangements will be discussed at the time of your inquiry. Contact our Catering Director for linen options and pricing.
